We are committed to transforming into a net-zero company by incorporating ESG principles across our value chain and pledging to became one of the first organisations to adopt green building principles.
The first firm of our kind to receive LEED Arc certification, RMZ was also the world's first to achieve (IWBI) WELL Health & Safety rating for facility operations and management in 2020.
In 2022, we became a founding member of the First Movers Coalition, ready to fight global climate change through decarbonisation efforts by using 10% net zero concrete in our development projects.
Our sustainability framework incorporates climate resilience and environmental impact reduction strategies including renewable energy, zero waste, water neutrality, Scope 3 Emission and digitisation.
