Arshdeep Sethi is the CEO of RMZ Real Estate at RMZ Corporation. A seasoned executive with over thirty years of diverse experience, Sethi has been instrumental in all phases of the firm’s evolution, overseeing operations and acquisitions while guiding the company’s strategic vision. Based in Bangalore, he leads the executive board committee, comprising vertical CEOs, ensuring a unified and forward-thinking approach to RMZ’s ambitious objectives.

Sethi has been pivotal in executing some of India’s largest transactions in real estate history, thereby providing vital growth capital and strategically positioning RMZ for its next phase of diversification and expansion. As the architect of the Mergers and Acquisitions division, he has orchestrated transformative mergers, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions, reinforcing RMZ’s market leadership.

Actively participating in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Sethi leverages his expertise to represent the real estate industry in engagements with government bodies.
